The terms & conditions contained herein (to be read in combination and referred to herein in their entirety as ‘The Agreement') shall be binding on each and every customer of www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk and shall ensure the benefit of www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk and Gold Buying Ltd's successors and assigns.

 

Requirements for Use

Customers must be at least 18 years of age in order to sell to www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk. Customers must be the legal owners of all gold and platinum sold or attempted to be sold to www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk and must be acting on his/her own behalf and not the agent of another representative or person. www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk may, but shall not be obligated or required to request documentation or other proof of compliance with the requirements contained in this paragraph. By sending your goods to www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk, you are agreeing to all terms & conditions set forth herein.

 

Return Insurance Liabilities

If an item is returned to a customer, www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk will insure the item for no more than the amount offered by www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk regardless of what it was insured for when mailed by the customer to www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk unless www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk is notified by the customer prior to the return shipment and the customer agrees to pay for the extra insurance requested. www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk shall, in its own discretion, choose the return carrier, insurance and receipt of verification method for each transaction.

 

Choice of Law, Waiver & Claims

The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Great Britain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The failure of www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court if competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court shall endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statue or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services offered by www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk must be filed with one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any such claim or cause of action must be filed in Great Britain. www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk shall be entitled to reimbursement for any and all costs incurred by it in defending any civil action filed or attempted to be filed in any jurisdiction outside of Great Britain, including but not limited to, legal fees incurred.

 

Material Return

If you change your mind about selling your material or are dissatisfied with the amount of payment you received, you must notify us immediately. If we do not hear from you via email within 5 days of the date on the cheque we mailed to you, your material will be processed in the refinery. You must return the cheque before we will return your material. This time limitation cannot be waived for any reason. www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind if the time limitations are not strictly followed.

 

The wepaycash4gold.co.uk Guarantee

If for any reason you do not wish to cash the cheque we send you and would like your items returned, simply return the cheque to Gold Buying Ltd, 9 Rawson Road, Bradford BD1 3SH within 5 days of the date on the cheque. If you are concerned that your returned cheque will not arrive back in time, please email us at info@wepaycashforgold.co.uk to give us notice, so that we can pull out your goods in advance of receiving your cheque. www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk will return your items within 15 working days. www.wepaycash4gold.co.uk will do so without charge to you.
